I found the hotel decor to be quite beautiful. The location is great. All possible transportation options are nearby. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and I thought the atmosphere was relaxed.

Lighting was poor. I noticed lots of bulbs were out. The shower was big, but it flooded the bathroom. Complimentary bottled water was not available, and the tea tree amenities were poor.

convenient location efficient check-in comfortable room dated room narrow wardrobe slow service

The location was very convenient. It was close to Victoria rail and tube station (, made travel easy). Check-in was efficient and easy. The room was large and comfortable.

The room felt a little dated. The wardrobes were quite narrow. It was hard to close them once clothes were hung inside. I ate in the bar one night and the service was slow. It took 35 minutes before my order was taken.
